The Laguiole knife is famous for its curved shape. The bee that adorns the bolster is native to the small village of Laguiole in Aveyron.

MATERIALS: 
- X50CrMoV15 steel (0.50 carbon, which gives the blade an excellent cutting edge and a clean cut, 0.15 of chromium and 1% molybdenum and vanadium, which gives flexibility to the blade allowing for easy re-resharpening.

- Brass bolster gives weight to the knife offering an excellent balance and grip.

USE & CARE: Do NOT put in dishwasher. Softly wash the blade and dry it immediately. Never leave the knife soaking in water.
